Here is my list of favorite CRM resources.

Dynamics CRM User Group
This organization hosts user groups throughout the USA and internationally.  They host a yearly conference that in some ways to better than the conferences hosted by Microsoft.  Find your local chapter and start attending their meetings. Their website includes a very active community forum.  Join here.

TechNet
TechNet can be a confusing place. Most of the documentation is circular; articles will often refer to other articles that then refer back to original article.  However, there is the goldmine of information about CRM on TechNet.  Start here for a good overview.

CRM Help Center
This page is more of a landing page to other resources. Start here if you want to learn more about CRM.

CRM Developer Center
This MSDN site is where you will find the CRM SDK and all the resources you need to customize CRM.

SharePoint Resources

Here is my list of favorite resources for SharePoint.

TechNet
TechNet can be a confusing place. Most of the documentation is circular; articles will often refer to other articles that then refer back to original article.  However, there is the goldmine of information about SharePoint on TechNet.  Start here for a good overview.

Windows PowerShell for SharePoint 2013 Reference
I’m a huge fan of PowerShell!  It is the best tool available to manage SharePoint.  TechNet includes a reference for all the SharePoint PowerShell commands, found here.

SPC Content on Channel 9
The SharePoint Conference was the best place to learn new things about SharePoint and network with other professionals.  The conference has been replaced with the new Ignite Conference.  Fortunately all the sessions from SharePoint conference are records and available on Channel 9.  SPC14 sessions are here. SPC12 sessions are here.

Yammer Communities
Yammer is the new social tool for SharePoint.  There are two communities with SharePoint related content. SPYAM and Office 365 IT Pro Network.  Both require that you request access, but these groups are the best places to network with other professionals.
